Victoria and Paradise Island got after it at Royal Athletic Park.

Boosted by the 2-hit performance of Kevin Singel the Victoria Totems defeated the Paradise Island Pirates, 8-1. The 5th-place Pirates have dropped 4 straight games.

With Victoria leading 4-1 in the bottom of the sixth, Singel hit a curveball from Sergio Reyes for a grand slam home run. It was his 15th home run of the season and put the Totems ahead, 8-1.

"We were able to put some runs on the board," said Singel after the game.
