Armijo Lays Hammer Down in 4-1 Win
Victoria Totems starter Alex Armijo was in fine form. He led his team to victory over the Wichita Storm, 4-1. The save went to Armando Gimenez, number 16 for him. The losses continue to mount for Wichita, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

Armijo earned the win to move to 5-4. In his 8-inning performance, he scattered 3 hits, striking out 12 and walking 1. The right-hander allowed the Storm few scoring opportunities.

"Alex is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Victoria manager Senta Nakano.
