Eclipse Roll to 8-1 Win Over Millers
Pitcher Chris Titus was sensational for the Chicago Eclipse in his team's 8-1 triumph over the Milwaukee Millers. Titus earned the win. Titus yielded 1 run over 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 13-4. At 54-49, the Eclipse find themselves in 4th place in the Thurman Munson League Tim Ervin Division.

Mike Winn had a big bases-clearing double for the Eclipse in the bottom of the third inning. With Chicago leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from 31-year old right-handed pitcher Jorge Torres and swatted a double to center. It was his 19th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Eclipse ahead, 4-0.

Said losing manager Kakuzo Kobayashi: "The list goes on and on of things we just flat out didn't do."
