Bison Win with Late Heroics
|
The Jacksonville Pilots went down to defeat to Wes Stith and his Bighorn teammates. The final score was 3-1, Bison, in 10 innings. The Bison raised their record to 2-9.
Bighorn got a knockout punch from Glenn Wagner. The shortstop hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
"That last inning was electric," Stith said.
