Hawaii Honu starter Colin Keller turned in a sterling performance against the Bloomington Blazers, leading his team to a slim, 3-2 win. Keller, who is tied for 3rd in the TML in complete games with 4, went the distance for Hawaii. He gave up 2 runs on 6 hits. With the victory, the Honu record stands at 61-66.

The decisive blow was delivered by Carlos Nieto in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off fireballing right-hander Erik McKnight to win the game for Hawaii. The home crowd went nuts.

"There is no easy way to lose when you're doing everything you can to win games," said Bloomington manager Scott Andrews.
