Big Day for Clingan in 14-7 Bison Win
The Bighorn Bison stormed past the Hawaii Honu, 14-7, at Ram Brewery Ballpark. Bighorn center fielderTom Clingan led the hit parade. He went 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. The win was credited to Tatsuhi Naki in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Sander Rademakers took the loss. Bighorn has won 3 straight, while Hawaii has lost 3 in a row.

Juan Reyes had a big run-scoring double for the Bison in the bottom of the first inning. With Bighorn leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a sinker from Sander Rademakers, who is tied for 8th in the TML in strikeouts with 131, and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 19th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Bison ahead, 2-0.

"I'm just trying to make good contact," said Reyes, "one at-bat at a time."
