Goodwin Helps Tornadoes Defeat Texans, 7-4
Micah Goodwin, who finished 3rd in the TML in triples with 7 in 2062, led Kansas City to a triumph over Dallas. The final score was 7-4. The second baseman went 3 for 4, falling a triple shy of the cycle. He scored 3 runs and added 2 RBI. Bobby Milleville recorded the save, his 4th. Dallas, now 2-12, continues its dreadful start.

Kansas City used the clutch hitting of John Wolochow to snag the win. The left fielder drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Tornadoes ahead, 7-4. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

Goodwin told a local reporter: "My job is to go out and play as hard as I can."
