Jacksonville third baseman John Popper helped his team beat the Buffalo Bison, 13-4. Popper, who finished 3rd in the TML in slugging percentage with .549 in 2057, went 2 for 4 for the Pilots. Jacksonville sits in first place in the Thurman Munson League East Division at 76-59.

Erik Butler, who is tied for 10th in the TML in stolen bases with 23, helped out the Jacksonville cause in the top of the third inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the first baseman went 1 for 4 with a walk, while scoring 2.
