Butterflies Get Past Buffalo, 7-6
The Pennsylvania Butterflies faced a tough opponent in Buffalo pitcher Jim Wallace, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium by a final score of 7-6. Wallace went 7 innings and allowed 3 runs. Dakson Rocket earned the save for Pennsylvania, his 2nd of the year. The loss drops Buffalo to 6-7.

Pennsylvania took advantage of an error in the top of the ninth inning. The game was tied, 6-6, when Jeff Yurick hit a run-scoring single that was misplayed. It put the Butterflies in front, 7-6.

"We ground out the win," said Yurick. "That's all that matters."
