Toreros Snatch Late-Game, 4-3 Win
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros defeated the Havana Stogies, 4-3, in 10 innings. Danny Douglass led the way, going 4-for-5 for Cabo San Lucas. Cabo San Lucas reliever Ricky Pimentel picked up the win to move to 8-5. Ben Benson suffered the loss. The 5th-place Toreros improved to 64-77.

The Toreros got a clutch hit from right fielder Miguel Trujillo. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Toreros.

"The game is never over 'til it's over," said a jubilant Labib Sarahani, the Cabo San Lucas skipper.
