Elijah Tapps knocked in 5 runs to help San Francisco beat Pennsylvania, 8-5. The catcher collected 1 single, 1 double, and 1 home run. San Francisco reliever Ethan Howell was the winner. His record is now 2-3. The losing pitcher was Jay Clayton. The Earthquakes, at 60-83, have now won 5 straight.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Tapps hit a curveball from Jay Clayton for a 3-run home run. The Earthquakes, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Tapps said.
