Cabo San Lucas Drops Another One, 7-0
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros extended their losing streak with a defeat by the Montreal Mounties.

Riding the 3-hit performance of the two-time All-Star Leil Moorthy, the Montreal Mounties stopped the Cabo San Lucas Toreros, 7-0. Cabo San Lucas, now 3-12, has gotten off to a terrible start.

With Montreal leading 2-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Moorthy hit a slider from Justin Dietrich for a 2-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Mounties ahead, 4-0.

Postgame, Mounties manager Thomas Hughes complimented Moorthy. "No question about it. 2057 BD was terrific."
