The Eagle Rock Ridge Runners pasted the Chicago Eclipse with a convincing 12-2 defeat at Ozark Mountain Stadium. Carl Farley was a prime factor in the Eagle Rock win. He hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 5. The victory makes Eagle Rock 11-8, as the team seeks a return to the playoffs in 2067.

With Eagle Rock leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Farley hit a slider from Alberto Calderon for a 2-run double. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Ridge Runners ahead, 4-0.

"We took a roundhouse punch to the chin," said losing manager Demetrio Recchia.
