Jeremy Owusu knocked in 3 runs to help Montreal beat San Francisco, 12-5. The San Francisco, California native tallied 2 singles and 1 home run. Manny Domenech earned the win for Montreal. He lasted 7.2 innings, allowing 5 runs on 9 hits, while striking out 7. With the win, he raised his record to 4-3. The Jazz saw their record improve to 66-65.

John Bernstein had a big 3-run home run for the Jazz in the bottom of the third inning.
