5 Straight Wins for Blazers
The Bloomington Blazers faced a tough opponent in Pennsylvania pitcher Eric Church, but found a way to pull out the victory at The Kaleidoscope by a final score of 4-3 in 14 innings. Church went 8 innings and allowed 3 runs. The first-place Blazers have their sights set on making a deep playoff run.

Floyd Barrett came through with a big-time hit for Bloomington. The third baseman smacked a solo home run in the top of the 14th inning to give his team the lead, 4-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"We're playing good baseball. We're playing aggressive baseball," said Barrett.
