Boosted by the 3-hit performance of Victor Gonzalez the Bighorn Bison defeated the Pennsylvania Butterflies, 4-2. Mike Lake recorded the save, his 5th. The win gives the Bison a record of 9-7.

Matt Saxton, who finished 5th in the TML in doubles with 51 in 2064, had a direct impact on the outcome. Saxton contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth inning to put Bighorn up, 3-1.

"We need better swings, better at-bats," said losing manager Aaron Barnes.
