Amarillo Offense Jammed Up by Freeze
The 4-1 Minneapolis win over Amarillo was due in large part to Chris Tomich. The Freeze first baseman was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Amarillo is 1-3 after the loss.

With Minneapolis leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Tomich hit a slider from Nicolas Lambert for a 2-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Freeze ahead, 4-0.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Tomich said after the game.
