Albuquerque Wins Pitchers' Duel, 2-1

The Albuquerque Cacti, behind a great outing from Ozzie Pedro defeated the Fort Worth Cats, 2-1, at LaGrave Field. Caleb Brickhouse earned the save for Albuquerque, his 1st. The victory makes Albuquerque 3-5.
Albuquerque used the hitting of Bryan LeRette to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Cacti on top, 2-1. For the game, LeRette had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.
"Tough loss," said Fort Worth manager Dudha Goli. "This one will sting for a while."
