Raiders Rally to Eke Out Win
Soggy conditions did not keep Reno and Indianapolis from playing their scheduled game.

Indianapolis designated hitter Tom Ronca had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Ronca was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4, even as Reno beat the Ambition, 9-8, in 10 innings. The Ambition fall to 6-8 and continue their lackluster start to the 2064 season.

The game was at a stalemate until left fielder Marco Hinojosa came to bat in the top of the tenth. Facing Indianapolis pitcher Bobby Jones, he hit a 1-1 fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Reno on top, 9-8.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Hinojosa.
