Armadillos Hope Wins Keep Coming After 6-3 Triumph
With Noah Chadick leading the charge, the Amarillo Armadillos defeated the Minneapolis Freeze, 6-3. Chadick was 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Armadillos. Frank Frisby, the winner, improved to 1-3. He held the Freeze to 2 runs on 6 hits over 6.1 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 3. The Armadillos are off to a tough start, getting just their 4th win in 17 games.

The Armadillos got a big at-bat from third baseman Tyler Pate. For the game, Pate went 1 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 2nd double of the season gave Amarillo a 2-0 lead.
