The 3-hit performance of Josh Helms, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2060 draft, helped the Pasadena Bumblebees beat the Amarillo Armadillos, 11-1. The Armadillos, 10-11, continue their so-so start to the 2064 season.

The Bumblebees got a big hit from left fielder Steve Porter. Facing Amarillo pitcher Tom Hughes in the top of the seventh, Porter pounded a grand slam home run to right. His 1st home run of the season put the Bumblebees ahead, 10-1.

"This was one of those games you love to be a part of," said Helms.
