Peoria beat Calgary at Excavatar Park, eking out a 4-3 win. The triumph was primarily due to left fielder Jasper Bisson. He went 4 for 4 with 2 triples and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times. Peoria pitcher Jordan Curry got the win. He's now 1-0. Randy Singer was tagged with the loss. The Kodiaks drop to 10-11 and continue their mediocre start to the 2064 season.

Rich Alarcon was the walk-off hero for Peoria. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Caterpillars pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Calgary manager Stanley Harvey.
