Shumard Propels Amarillo Offense in 13-3 Rout
The Amarillo Armadillos stopped the Pasadena Bumblebees, 13-3, behind an impressive performance from Kevin Shumard. The 22-year old catcher made life miserable for Pasadena pitching. He was 2-3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4. Frank Frisby, the winner, goes to 3-1.
