The Bighorn Bison took on the Pennsylvania Butterflies at The Kaleidoscope.

The Bighorn Bison defeated the Pennsylvania Butterflies, 8-3, at The Kaleidoscope. Matt Loss was a standout performer for Bighorn. His 2 hits included 1 single and 1 double -- this in addition to the 3 runs he scored and 1 he knocked in. Jeff Lee got the win, improving to 4-0. He held the Butterflies to 3 runs on 6 hits over 5.1 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 2.

Bighorn second baseman Gus Ruiz contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the fifth. With two down, he hit a fastball to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 5th hit of the season and put the Bison ahead, 6-3.

In comments to the Bighorn Daily News, Loss insisted that he's not as disinterested as it often appears. "Haters will hate," he added.

The win has Bighorn at 10-8.
