Maple left fielder Ruben Campos played a vital role in his team's 17-3 conquest of San Francisco. He went 3-6 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for Maple. The loss drops the Earthquakes to 8-11.

With Maple leading 11-1 in the bottom of the seventh, Campos came up to bat against San Francisco pitcher Rich Swayngim. Campos hit a cutter to left for a grand slam home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Marauders on top, 15-1.

"It's nice to see a lot of guys make contributions," said Marauders manager Aaron McKenna.
