Beaches Get Plucky, 4-3 Win Over Swallowtails
The Cozumel Beaches earned a win at Stars Field, knocking off the State College Swallowtails, 4-3. On the bump for Cozumel was left-hander David Harkey. He had a starring role in the triumph. Brandon Hubacek was credited with the save for Cozumel, his 7th of the season. The loss drops State College to 10-14.

Danny Ortiz came through with a big-time hit for Cozumel. The designated hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 4-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

Harkey attributed the win to his team's "steely resolve."
