The San Francisco Earthquakes topped the Milwaukee Millers by a score of 8-5 in 10 innings. Leading the way was right fielder George Blackburn. Blackburn was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Earthquakes. Nate D'Ambrosio, now 1-1, was credited with the win in 3 innings of relief.
