Schwegler Collects Cycle
Getting 4 hits in a game is no easy feat, but doing it to hit for the cycle is even more rare.

Chris Schwegler of the Calgary Cowboys pulled it off at The Wind Tunnel, going 4-for-4 against the Waimea Wind. His batting escapades sparked the Cowboys to a win, 12-5.

Schwegler tallied 4 runs and drove in 2 during the game. Hitting for the cycle is particularly rare because of the different skills required - enough power for a home run, enough speed for a triple and enough patience at the plate to see at least four hittable balls.

"It just happened," Schwegler said to reporters after the win. "Must have been fate or something, I wasn't expecting it. Heck, I wasn't even really trying for it."

Chris Schwegler hit a solo-shot off Bob Harrigan in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, hit a sac fly in the 6th and tripled in the 8th.

Schwegler is currently hitting at a .292 pace with 7 home runs and 22 RBIs.
