The Madison Muskies beat the Billings Mustangs in a game in which both teams scored early and often. The final score was 16-13, Muskies. One of the hitting stars was center fielder Mike Williams. Williams, who is tied for 8th in the TAAA in RBI with 31, hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. With the win, the Muskies improved to 15-24.

Early in the game, designated hitter Kahsay Daudi had a 2-run home run for Madison. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Muskies on top, 2-0.

"They're fun to watch and the hitters get to pad their stats but nobody's really happy about a game like that," Madison manager Daniel Breuer. "I promise you I'm not happy."
