Bowling Green Beats Albuquerque, 11-6
The Bowling Green Racers powered past the Albuquerque Cacti, 11-6, at Top of the Hill. Matt Pitts went 3 for 4 with a triple, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2, to lead the charge. Bowling Green is now 11-31, while Albuquerque is 21-21.

Fernando Fonseca drove in one run for Bowling Green. The 21-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 6-6 tie with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch off Juan Guajardo. It was his 1st RBI of the season.

"It was offense that won us the game," said winning manager Travis Davies.
