Coal Miners Earn 3-1 Road Win Over Reno
The Antioch Coal Miners had to overcome a good performance from Reno pitcher Jason Goodrich to claim a 3-1 win at House of Pain. Goodrich went 9 innings and allowed 3 runs. Antioch is second in the TML AAA Cito Gaston League with a record of 29-22.

Antioch took a 3-1 lead on Salvatore Vasquez's 5th home run of the season. The solo home run, which Vasquez hit in the top of the eighth, left Reno pitcher Jason Goodrich visibly frustrated.
