Racers Pull Off Thrilling 2-1 Win in Extras
The Bowling Green Racers, despite a fine performance by Reno pitcher Jason Goodrich, grabbed a 2-1 win in 10 innings at Top of the Hill. Goodrich allowed 1 run over 8 innings. At 31-25, Bowling Green is in second place in the RCL AAA Tony La Russa Division.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Bowling Green third baseman Matt White, facing Don Townend, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Racers the 2-1 win.

"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Bowling Green manager Ron Jeremy.
