The Cozumel Beaches dealt the Indianapolis Ambition a 3-2 loss at Ken Griffey Jr. Plaza. Matthew Holbrook was the star on offense. He was 4-4 with a home run and 3 singles. The Beaches improved their record to 43-28 by beating Indianapolis.

Cozumel needed the clutch hitting of Chris Peoples to seal the deal. The second baseman swatted a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Beaches on top, 3-2. For the game, Peoples had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
