The Cozumel Beaches picked up a win at Bar Habor Stadium, knocking off the Calgary Kodiaks, 4-3. Starting pitcher Tony Leija played a key role in the triumph. Leija yielded 3 runs over 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 8 hits, walked 1, and struck out 6. His record improves to 8-3. Pete Findling was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 11 of 13 save opportunities.
