The Joplin Fireballs stopped the Fort Worth Cats, 11-8, at LaGrave Field. The Fireballs got a big game from Robby Baker, who went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Orlando Sanchez earned the save, his 13th. The last-place Fireballs have won 4 straight games.
