Behind an impressive start by Justin Price, Peoria beat Minneapolis, 3-2. With the win, the Caterpillars improved to 45-26.

Third Baseman Matthew Tucker made an impact for Peoria, when he swatted a 2-run home run off Victor Hernandez in the top of the fifth. For the contest, Tucker was 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"My job is to throw quality pitches, go as deep as I can, and give us an opportunity," said Price.
