The Quebec Armada wasted an impressive 8-inning effort from starter Victor Favela, falling, 1-0, to the Eagle Rock Ridge Runners at Ozark Mountain Stadium. Quebec now is 18-7.

Aaron Mottola went 1 for 3 with a double for Eagle Rock. The 20-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With one out and a runner on 3rd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Victor Favela. It was his 15th RBI of the season.

"It wasn't easy, but we got it done," said Mottola.
