Texans 7-4 Victors Over Toreros
A good performance from left fielder Dean Hrusovsky helped the Dallas Texans defeat the Cabo San Lucas Toreros, 7-4. Hrusovsky was 3-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Texans. The winning pitcher was Jim Miller. He's now 3-1. He went 8 innings, allowing 4 runs on 10 hits for the Texans. Chris Nugent got the save, the 7th for him this season.

Hrusovsky contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Dallas in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 2-1, Hrusovsky took a sinker from Jose Ayala and stroked the home run to left. His 6th home run of the season allowed the Texans to leap in front, 3-2.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Hrusovsky told the Dallas Bulletin.

Cabo San Lucas drops to 11-14.
