The Calgary Hitmen and Bowling Green Racers met at Mckinley Park to settle a score.
The Bowling Green Racers beat the Calgary Hitmen, 8-1, with major props going to center fielder Seth Drader. On the day, Drader went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Racers. The win gives Bowling Green a season record of 38-37.
Early in the game, Drader had a 3-run home run for Bowling Green. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Racers on top, 3-0.
"We didn't put our best foot forward tonight," said losing manager Brandon Ashley.
