Loss Tarnishes Fine Performance by Ramos
The State College Swallowtails weathered a fine game by Cozumel designated hitter Bob Ramos to upend the Beaches, 9-6, at Bar Habor Stadium. Ramos was 3-3 with a home run, a triple, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. The win was credited to 24-year old right-handed pitcher Cameron Williford in relief.
