The Peoria Caterpillars beat the Pasadena Bumblebees, 7-5 -- though it took them 11 innings. Peoria catcher Bob O'Connor had a pretty good game. He went 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Jordan Curry came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. His record now stands at 3-4. The second-place Caterpillars have won 4 straight.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With one out, O'Connor hit a fastball from Hicham Munoru for a 2-run home run. The Caterpillars, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"That's what these guys do," said Caterpillars manager Leonard Lee. "They battle, they fight."
