Minneapolis Freeze starter Brice Lavaud was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Pasadena Bumblebees, 4-3. Minneapolis reliever Josh Lassiter got the win, raising his record to 2-3. George White was tagged with the loss. The Freeze now have a record of 60-68 with the win over Pasadena.

Minneapolis second baseman Nathan Albury helped the Freeze go up, 4-3, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Albury hit a run-scoring single off Pasadena pitcher George White.

Minneapolis manager Ben Jeffcoat praised his team's "businesslike approach."
