Chicago took on West Island in front of a lively crowd.

Chicago turned a good effort from starter Chris Titus into a win over the West Island Jazz at Stade Claude Raymond. The Eclipse won the game, 6-2. The Eclipse have hit the ground running, raising their record to 22-9. While it's still too soon to talk about Chicago hoisting their 2nd ABL World Series trophy, fans are getting excited about their strong start.

Chicago used the timely hitting of Eli Neff to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Eclipse on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I was able to fill up the zone," said Titus.
