Hector Cardoza had a strong outing for the Indianapolis Ambition against the Reno Raiders at Ken Griffey Jr. Plaza. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 7-3 win. Indianapolis reliever Hector Cardoza picked up the win. John Tait took the loss for Reno. The losses continue to mount for Reno, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

Dale Huss took Reno hurler John Tait deep in the bottom of the first. His 2-run home run put the Ambition on top, 2-0. In all, Huss had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.
