Luchadores Defeat Texans, 6-1

The skies opened up and the rain fell at The Royal Grounds.
Juan Recio never let the Texans get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Luchadores to a win, 6-1. Mexico City goes to 12-18.
The Luchadores got a big at-bat from first baseman Leo Galdamez. For the game, Galdamez was 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 7th home run of the season gave Mexico City a 3-1 lead.
"Juan did what Juan does," said Mexico City manager Tewolde Ojo.
