Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Indianapolis Ambition and Minneapolis Freeze.
With Jayden Minor leading the charge, the Indianapolis Ambition defeated the Minneapolis Freeze, 4-2. Minor was 1-2 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Ambition. With the win, Indianapolis pushed its record to 70-70.
Minor had a timely hit for Indianapolis in the bottom of the eighth. With Indianapolis trailing 2-0, he turned a full count changeup into a 3-run home run. It was his 8th home run of the season, making it 3-2, Indianapolis.
"Just trying to keep things simple and helping the team win any way I can," Minor told a local reporter after the game.
