The Pasadena Bumblebees downed the Indianapolis Ambition, 3-1, at The Hole. Stellar pitching by George White had a lot to do with it. The right-hander, who is tied for 10th in the TAAA in wins with 11, handcuffed his opponent all game. With the win, Pasadena upped its record to 74-74.

White gave Pasadena a solid start. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits over 8 innings.

"George can pitch. He moves the ball around," said Pasadena manager David Williams.
