Indianapolis and Tallahassee duked it out and the Ambition came out victorious.
The Indianapolis Ambition defeated the Tallahassee Captains, 4-2, in TML AAA action at Ken Griffey Jr. Plaza. Indianapolis pitcher Juan Soria had a standout performance. The Ambition have now reeled off 6 straight wins.
The Ambition got a big at-bat from shortstop Colin Kennedy. For the game, Kennedy was 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 16th home run of the season gave Indianapolis a 3-1 lead.
Kennedy called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
