The home crowd had a good time watching the Buffalo Bison and Bloomington Blazers get after it.

Behind a solid performance from catcher Ritchie Turco, the Bloomington Blazers defeated the Buffalo Bison, 7-4. Turco went 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Blazers. The third-place Blazers improved to 19-16.

Taylor Nunley, who leads the TML in hits with 53, helped out the Bloomington cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the designated hitter drew 1 walk in 5 trips to the plate.
