Chicago left fielder Miguel Benavides had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team down the West Island Jazz, 8-6, in 12 innings. Chicago reliever Joe Umlah picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Michael Slater absorbed the loss. The win makes Chicago 28-16.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 12th. With no one out, Benavides hit a splitter from Michael Slater for a 2-run home run. The Eclipse, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Took some scratching and clawing," said Benavides. "But we got it done."
